Habit is a small coffee house built around one idea: coffee worth sitting down for. Beans roasted in Jersey, bread baked overnight, and a corner table with your name on it.
The space
Twelve seats, one long oak counter, records on a Sunday. Come in, stay a while.
The room was a bootmaker's workshop once, and it still feels like it — stripped brick, warm light, the roaster's drum humming at the back. We built Habit to be the kind of place where lingering is the whole point: the paper's shared, nobody's rushed off a table, and filter refills are on the house.
